Your first visit to Creekside Dental establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. You'll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies and more. Our mission is to provide quality dental care that is supported by the most current scientific evidence available in a respectful and honest manner. Our practice participates as a Practice Investigator in the Dental Practice-Based Research Network based out of the University of Alabama-Birmingham. Combined with attending continuing education courses and participating in the local Twentieth Century Study Club, we keep abreast of the most current dental procedures and techniques.

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this Web site. Driving Directions

When driving to your appointment please be aware of construction in the vicinity. Hwy 7 overpass and exits at Hwy 100 are closed until 11/2016. We are located by the NE intersection of Hwy 7 and Louisiana Ave. Please drive around to the front of the building on Republic Ave and park on the upper level.

Coming from the east take 394 west to Louisiana, go south to Walker Ave (roundabout), go EAST to Republic (1/2 block), take a left and we will be on your left. 
From the south take Hwy 100 to Excelsior Blvd, go west to Louisiana, take a right on Walker Ave (stay to the right on the roundabouts) go EAST to Republic (1/2 block), take a left and we will be on your left. 
From the west you can take Hwy 7 to Louisiana, go north to Walker (stay to the right on the roundabouts) go EAST to Republic (1/2 block), take a left and we will be on your left.
Nearby bus service is also available using Routes 604 or 615 and Express Routes 667 or 668.
